Rosary Series - Pray the Rosary

The Rosary Series focuses on the Mysteries of the Holy Rosary and How to Pray the Rosary. This is an opportunity for youth and adults to learn more about their faith. All youths and adults can work on this activity and earn the patch. This activity can be worked on individually or as a group. It is not necessary to send the completed form. Adults can verify the correct answers. How to start

• Answer the requirements below for your grade level.
• Your parent or scout leader will review the answer for correctness.
• After completing the requirements, a parent or scout leader will complete the Patch Order Form (Word PDF) and mail it along with the applicable fee to the NCCS. The answers to the questions do not need to be forwarded when ordering the patch.

Requirements for 1^st through 5^th grade

1. Say "The Apostles Creed"
2. Memorize and then pray the "The Our Father"
3. Memorize and then pray the "The Hail Mary"
4. Memorize and then pray the "Glory be to the Father"
5. Say the "The Hail, Holy Queen" prayer
6. Say the "Fatima Prayers"
7. Say the "St. Michael Prayer"
8. Pray the Rosary by doing one of the following:
   - Joyful Mysteries
   - Sorrowful Mysteries
   - Glorious Mysteries
   - Luminous Mysteries

Requirements for 6^th through 12^th grade

1. Memorize and then pray the "The Apostles Creed"
2. Memorize and then pray the "The Our Father"
3. Memorize and then pray the "The Hail Mary"
4. Memorize and then pray the "Glory be to the Father"
5. Memorize and then pray the "The Hail, Holy Queen"
6. Pray the "Fatima Prayers" and "St. Michael Prayer"
7. Memorize each of the mysteries.
8. Pray the Rosary in it’s entirety (all four sets of mysteries)

Requirements for Adults

1. Memorize and then pray the "The Apostles Creed"
2. Memorize and then pray the "The Our Father"
3. Memorize and then pray the "The Hail Mary"
4. Memorize and then pray the the "Glory be to the Father"
5. Memorize and then pray the "The Hail, Holy Queen"
6. Pray the "Fatima Prayers"

8. Pray the Rosary in it’s entirety (all four sets of mysteries)
