Registration and information

Why attend the 2008 NCCS 40th Biennial Conference?

The short answer is to get the latest information on national events and activities, and meet fellow Catholic Scouters from across the country. In 2008, the dates are April 1-5. Each year, NCCS meets to plan, evaluate, and update its events and activities. This includes the five religious emblems available to Cub and Boy Scouts and Venturing crew members, various awards and patches, and national activities including the Scouting in the Catholic Church conference at Philmont Training Center and Scouter Development, which is offered at the diocesan level. In addition, in the even years at the biennial conference, a series of approximately 20 short training sessions are offered to provide information on the various programs, events, and activities.

The conference timeline makes it convenient to attend only the days of interest, or to capture the full experience on information sharing. All meetings are open to attendees except the Executive and Finance committee meetings.
