NOTES:

• Please allow a minimum of two-three weeks for delivery.
• The Unit awards require diocesan committee approval. Please do not send forms to the national office without the signature.
• Bronze Pelican and St. George Adult recognition awards must be ordered by diocesan committee contact on file at the national office. They are awarded by the diocesan committee using a nomination process.
• Payment must accompany order.
• All deliveries based on availability at the national office.
• Orders for awards to be presented during Scout Week (second week in February) MUST to ordered by December 30. The national office do its best to fulfil orders before Scout Sunday.
• Orders that do not require diocesan committee approval can be emailed to NCCS@netbsa.org. All information, including credit card information, must be included.
• Orders with credit card information can also be faxed to 972-580-2535.
